But we don't need to wait for them to do this to get going on the rest of the setupġ5. When the subscription is created, the new client will get an email inviting them to set up a user account. You also have the option to include payroll at this stage and you can assign further team access to the new client subscriptionġ4. If this is the first client you have added, you'll need to enter your firm's billing information to charge your account for clients on wholesale billing.
